Questions
- What happens after 7 days?
- Your workspace drops to a read-only preview: every headline and a short excerpt stay open, but search, full stories, transcripts, alerts, the assistant and export wait until someone subscribes. Nothing is deleted, and your alerts pick up again the moment you do.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The trial starts the moment you sign up. You add a card only when you subscribe, and if you subscribe before the trial ends the first charge waits until it does.
- How do I add people?
- Invite them from Team. 5 people are included in the $100; each person beyond that is $20 a month, added to your subscription when the invitation goes out and prorated by Stripe for the rest of the month. Removing someone or revoking a pending invitation takes the seat off again.
- Who counts as a person?
- Everyone in the workspace, plus any invitation that is still pending. Only owners and admins can invite, remove or change roles, and they see the price before each invitation is sent.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes, from Manage billing. Access runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and nothing renews after that. If a charge was ever wrong, write to us and we will put it right; the refunds page has the details.
- Can we pay by invoice?
- Enterprise workspaces are billed by invoice, net 30, at a price agreed for your group. Write to billing@retriever.dog and we will set it up.
- Is tax included?
- The price is $100 a month plus applicable tax. Where sales tax applies it is added at checkout and shown on your receipt.
